A solution for many issues related to email setup is to type www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser.
If that doesn't work, first make sure you have a proper BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) plan on your account. If you do, you can call your carrier for assistance. While on the phone with them, ask to have access to their self-serve BIS site which allows you to configure email accounts on your phone.
