email synchronization - only the sent messages remain on my device. Using Outlook 2003. can someone help? this used to work before I installed an update.

What email provider are you using? Have you setup a POP or IMAP account?

I am using my email service provider - xplornet.com
It is a POP account on my desktop...sorry how should I check this out on the device?

Integrated POP accounts do not support reconciliation of Sent items, you can see the Email reconciliation features for the BlackBerry Internet Service here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB05133
