Hi my emails will NOT come through to my phone at all i av a bold 9780 an i have cheacked with my service provider who says they should be coming through can anyone offer me advice on what i may be doing wrong plzz xxxxx

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
Additional things you should try:
1) Register HRT: (OS5) Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Scoll to any line entry and > press the Menu key > and then click Register Now. If you have an OS 6 device, Look at Options > Device > Advanced... etc.
2) Resend Service Books: KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service

Hi Thank you i had already tried all of that but i just retried all again and it is still not working maybe i have a faulty phone but thank you for your help i really dont know what else to try xxxxx

See, if you don't tell us what ALL you've already tried, we don't know, right?
Look at this, on your 9780, go to the Manage Connections screen.
Click on the Services Status.
On the line "BlackBerry Internet Services", what is the status there?

Hi sorry for taking so long to reply i av to keep logging in om my laptop to get my emails xx where about on my phone is th emanage connetions is it in the settings dept !!! xxxxxxxxx

Just want to say THANK YOU i think you av sorted it i av just had a few emails through i did all that you said and now it seems to be working so i must av done it wrong first time . Thank you once again xxxxx
