error 523 reset

my daughter has an error message 523 reset on her phone, we have tried to fix this using instructions on the forum, the software on both our pcs wont connect with the blackberry, I know that the usb cable is ok as my blackberry will connect.   all the instructions that I have seen instruct you to connect to the blackberry through the software, as we cant do this, we cant fix the phone .... help

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Have a look at this blog post which may help you out with your issue. 

 

“Error 523″, “App Error 523″, or “JVM 523″ appears on the BlackBerry smartphone

 

If after doing this you are still having issues then you will want to contact your point of sale for options.

Thanks smooth rider but I have tried everything I could on this forum, doesn't matter whether the battery is in orthat, the pc won't recognise it at all, think it must be passed redemption  :smileysad:

If none of the steps in the blog post are working for you then you will want to contact your mobile network provider or point of sale for options.
