Well if you re-entering my accountdetails... yes. But if you mean some kind of reset button... no. I've also tried switching to creditcard, though I didn't want to buy anything with my creditcard.

I am getting this same problem when trying to buy any application. Verified that PayPal is set up correctly. I'll gladly change my payment options...IF I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT! Help! I'm about ready to throw my Torch out the window and get an iPhone.
I have rebooted, taken the battery out, uninstalled App World. No help.

To change your payment options you'll need to go into app world then click on my world. Once there click the menu button on your phone and the go down to payment options. There you can change or re-enter your paypal information, which is what I had to do to make it work again without getting the 11000 error.

I had the same problem.
My Solution: Go to App World (in your BB); go to "My World". Once there, open the BB menu and go to "Payment Options". It may ask you to log into your BB account; or if you are already logged in, it will show you a window titled "Change Payment Method". Select Paypal and click Next. It will ask you your Paypal email and password. After entering it, click "I agree". Then it should take some minutes (i had to wait some minutes) to complete the process. After it is done, you can use the appworld normally.
Remember you must check that you are logged into your account in the BB and in the PC ("Sign In" option at top of the webpage); and of course, the phone correctly connected to the PC.
This worked for me. Hope it helps.
