Does anyone knows what I need to do to make the LED to flash red when we get messages, it does not vibrate either, ?I have tried everything, it has not worked ever since we bought the phone, it is not on bedside mode, we have checked all the profile settings to LED flashing on, and it still doesn't work, I am not sure if there is another option or something else we need to do,.... please any idea what the problem is ??? I noticed it only sounds, although the flashing light doesn't turn red at any moment, when we get an sms.  Any help?

Go to your profiles and scroll down and select advance.

Select the active profile and press menu and Edit.

Select phone and change repeat notification to LED flashing.

Go to profiles, scroll down to advanced, normal or which is active, phone, under repeat notification change to led flashing.

You need to change this in each application you want  (phone, sms, mails, etc)

it was already in LED flashing, still doesn't work,

Try resetting the device taking out the battery for 30 seconds and reinstall it again.

tried that too, and for a few of seconds the LED is red, but when I turn it on, it continues flashing green and wont turn red at all

The green led flashing is for network signal, the red one is an indicator to calls, mails, etc

Are you saying when you get a new email message that the LED doesn't flash red?

the problem is that the red does not flashes when messages come in or sms or anything, we set it to vibrate too, and it wont vibrate either I am not sure what the reason is, for thanks for the article.

any other ideas?
