I would suggest creating a backup of your data by using BlackBerry Desktop Software (Device>Backup) and then follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320 and then test the performance of the BlackBerry Bold 9900 smartphone prior to restoring any data.
