hi- New owner of a Bold and Ihave my personal screen setting set to BBMillbank Tall/10pt/extra bold. However, whenever I get an email or any type of message sent to me it is smaller font and very light..i have difficulty reading it.. I have to go into menu on each email/msg and requet 'get plain text' and then it after a few seconds the message comes back up in BBmillbank tall/10pt/extra bold.
My question is this-- Is it possible to not have to do this for EVERY email-- Inever had this problem with my Curve and it is a real pain-- I get about 150 emails a day and this makes for a real waste of time-- I am thinking about gong back to the Curve becasue of it...

This is a disaster...cant believe they overlooked this key factor in the design.
I am in the process of returning my Bold as are several others in my division.... Same thing happens with terribly small fonts on all browser/web pages... The folks who designed the BOLD must be 22 year old kids with 20/10 eyesight. Makes it VERY USER unfriendly. This is going to be a HUGE problem for them when others realize how irritating and cumbersome this makes the product.
BAd move by RIM.
They should recall the Bold and have this fixed ASAP!

This is showing problem solved and it is definitley NOT SOLVED. I went into the ATT store today and they were clueless about how to fix it. Nodbody seems to have an answer including Blackberry Technical support.

OK, I figured it out...
Your using your Messages to read HTML emails and then complaining when those HTML pages are displaying the text in small fonts...
Yes, Messages displayed in HTML are the same as web pages using small fonts.
When viewing it on a PC is is probably readable, but when viewed on a very small screen, it is probably going to be an issue.
UNfortunately if you use PLain text, instead of HTML the issue will be resolved.
Change the default text to disbale HTML emails so it can dislpay the text in a more readable format:
