I removed the sim card and media card and replaced the battery and it still continue to freeze.

I am still stuck with the issue. I am afraid to reboot the phone because it will get stuck.

Ok, so it is working ok otherwise?

 

What I think you need to do is You will need to use BBSAK or JL_Cmder to wipe the device and subsequently load the OS to the device. Follow the instructions here:

Thanks man. Went to T-Mobile store and they and Blackberry couldn't figure this out.

Now if you could just help me figure out why Smart Card options file won't download...
