im having an absolute nightmare with my blackberry at the min. my app world has disappeared since i did the recent upgrade to .60 and whatever i try i cant get it back. im trying to contact technical support and it is asking me for a partner code and a partner case id. i do not have a clue what this is. it wont let me proceed with the form without this. can anyone advise me what this is or if anyone can help me with my issue it will be greatly appreciated.

Can you remove app world and reinstall?
Go to mobile.blackberry.com from your phone and click visit blackberry app world

thank you sooooooo much wolf. that has fixed it for me. yes it was a simple solution but i didnt know where to find the app world on my phone to remove it lol.
