So my bold 9780 was stolen and I thought that thief couldn't get in because of my password, well I recently found out that the thief has been using my bbm because my friend re invited my pin and he accepted. I really want to shut down the phone completely but I do not have the original box. What can I do?
Inputting the password incorrectly will wipe the BlackBerry, however, this does not disable your data plan or your BlackBerry all together. You will have to contact your wireless provider to have the BlackBerry reported stolen.
