Sadly, "have problems downloading" is rather sparse in details...does it present any error messages? If so, the complete and exact content of those would be most helpful indeed!
Further, I believe that many other posts here reflect similar problems...which, so far, have been traced to the mobile service providers. Have you rung up yours in regards to this issue?
