I'm using a Curve 8520 and have problems downloading anything that is above 500mb and I've tried the Catch cleaning but I still get the same problem...please help

Hello and apologies for the delayed reply. Hopefully you have already resolved this, but just in case...

Sadly, "have problems downloading" is rather sparse in details...does it present any error messages? If so, the complete and exact content of those would be most helpful indeed!

Further, I believe that many other posts here reflect similar problems...which, so far, have been traced to the mobile service providers. Have you rung up yours in regards to this issue?
