Unplug your phone from your PC, shut down BlackBerry Desktop Software, restart BDS, plug your phone back in to your PC and wait for it to connect to the software. If BDS will not recognize your phone, have a look at this article:
www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144 . One way or another, you'll need to connect to BDS to get your phone back to a working state again.
