my blackberry bold 9780 used can open website, eg. www.facebook.com, www.youtube.com, but now it can't the browser can only opened wap or mobile site,please help,what have to do thnx;

Hello alikadhian12, 

Welcome to the forums. 

The option to allow the full version of the website will be site specific. For example if you visit www.youtube.com and it  redirect you to m.youtube.com then you can scroll to the very bottom of the page and you will see a "Desktop" option. If you click on this you will get the full version of the site.  Unfortunately I am not sure if Facebook® has the option available.

when you end up browsing the Facebook mobile website, scroll to the bottom of the page, there is always a link to browse the full facebook website.

Once it's clicked and you are on that full website, you can add as bookmark.

I've done it, but could not, and occurs frozen page;

you scrool down, see the link to the full website, you click on it, and ?

The website can be opened once but after add to bookmark can be opened but nothing happens I mean when click facebook menu or notification etc just frozen in facebook page and my device hangs, in the end can not be opened again;

All of this problem occur after I update software previous OS 6.0 bundle 2115 to OS 6.0 bundle 2949,I updated it cz I couldn't setup email that usually could setup;

what are your browser settings? Have you deactivated javascript?

Yes,I have but everytime I open facebook web it changes to mobile facebook,maybe right what SmoothRider said;
