my problem which have solved,after update bold 9780 software,i can't open excel attachment,so i did the advices,but still nothing,then i tried to delete docs to go apps from my BB but not the docs to go files>> options>device>application management-delete-restart.
after that connect BB to blackberry desktop software,click device on BBdesktop software>restore>choice back up data you have>choice docs to go prefs.
or click application on BBdesktop software then add docs to go,am i right?thnx
