installing outlook tasks and memo

I wiped my Blackberry clean and now it says my tasks and memo are not installed. I have tried everything in config. How to I getthese twoapplications reloaded onto my device?

Hi pcbates

 

If you use the update feature in the BlackBerry Desktop Software, you will come to a list of applications to install or uninstall.  From here, make sure the memos and tasks are selected for installation.

There is nothing in my applications folder

When you perform the reload, as mentioned in the other thread, go through the application list to make sure Memos and Tasks are checked.
