Hello bert 2002 and all,
It seems that this phenomenon appears only when I send e-mails by my hotmail account. When I tried to send by gmail acount, I had no problem.
Maybe encoding matter.
If you know how to solve this problem, please let me know.

I can confirm - Romaji Input is possible again!! Reading/displaying Japanese was no problem before - but now I can input Kanji again!!!!
