key lock not working

Hi my 9360 curve key lock wont work. Unit is 3 weeks old. Bringing it to a shop is not an option as im in the middle sea. Is there any DIY solution?

"Key Lock"...hmmm...I can think of about 3 things that might mean. Can you clarify exactly please? And also, has it always been this way or has it just recently changed?
