login BIS lost

Hello there !

Yesterday, i decided to update my BB Bold 9700 with my desktop app, but it crashed. The second try was good, but i lost all my datas and configurations.

My problem is that i tried to configure my emails, but it asked me a login and a password. Well, it's been 2 years since i created it so i do not have them yet.

Each time i tried to use the 'forgot password' link, it told me that the service is unavialable and that i will have to try later, and each try with a login/password told me either it's wrond, either that i did not type a proper login.

well... Help ? I'm lost without my emails :'(

Re: login BIS lost

You can get your BIS account reset by your Bouyges mobile provider.

Please try this, using your BlackBerry browser...

  • Go to mobile.blackberry.com
  • Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
  • Choose the appropriate email set up options.

Re: login BIS lost

nop, i'm using 'Google mail' (gmail) and i there is no app for it :'(

I already asked Bouygues to reset my BIS, they told me it was not possible because it is a device problem and not a server one.

Is their any other solution ?
