Hi,

I lost my blackberry 9900. I'm wondering it there any possiblity  to lock my phone to use computer program.

I don't wnat strangers to see my personal information on my phone.

if you have activated the bb protect, there's a chance to lock and even track your device location. if you're not, nahh you're doomed.

I have activated bb protect but I think it wasn't on all the time. I'm not sure it's activating now

hmm yaa, pretty sure your battery is draining time by time isnt it. nothing i'd say, call the carrier to block your imei number. and if im not mistaken, once the 'person' change the simcard, its automatically show the bbid signin, so that person must login to registered handheld to network.

Have you enabled any password on your device ? If you have then no one can access your personal Information within that lost device.If someone tries then your device will wipe itself .

If the thief is clever and hw remove the SIM card then your device cannot be tracked or wiped remotely . 

The Carrier is the one to whom you pay your Mobile Bills. you can contact them to know if they can Block or Blacklist your Device PIN or IMEI .
