Hi,

since I updated my device a couple of months ago there is an email alert that doesn't go away when I read all emails.

In other words, there is always an alert that says that there is 1 (just 1) email that should be read.

I have tried to cancel all emails, I regularly read all emails etc...I cannot find a way to make it disappear.

I have the same problem! Although, I just got my BB a couple of weeks ago, have you found a solution to this problem yet? 

I have tried deleting and re-adding the email addresses much to no avail as well.
