making a phone call

Can someone please tell me if their having a problem with their blackberry bold 9900? The problem i am having is that everytime i use the phone to call someone it goes to another screen and starts dialing people in my dial log  it is very annoying.

Have you tested to see if you have the same issue if you use a wired or wireless headset?

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Here is how to backup your BlackBerry smartphone http://bbry.lv/oPVWXc

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

Once completed test it and proceed with a selective restore, here is how to restore http://bbry.lv/qgQxLo

If you are still having the issue after doing the above then you will want to contact your mobile service provider or point of sale for options.

I already did. It don't help. I've been through 3 blackberry bold 9900. This is the worst BB I've ever had.

At this point I would suggest you contact your mobile service provider and ask that this issue be tranferred to BlackBerry for investigation.
