Hi and welcome to the forums!
At the home screen click on the options icon>Memory>
Use the following settings:
Media card support ON
Encryption mode NONE
Media transfer protocol ON (Storm and Bold only)
Mass storage support ON
Auto enable Mass storage support when connected ON

Yes its the screen that your BB displays when you turn it on.

Hi
Let's check the settings again, then do a battery pull and reset the Blackberry.
First look at the settings I listed before. Then use this video to check the settings: Enable Mass Storage
If they are right then do a battery pull:
No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.
Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed.
What type of Computer and OS ( Windows, Mac) are you using?
You can use a PC to transfer info between the PC and the media card.
Basically you will attach the USB to the BB and the PC. Don't use desktop
manager. Go to "My Computer" on the PC and the BB will show as a flash drive.
Then you can "drag and drop" files to the media card.
Let us know how it goes.

I have a BB Bold 9700 and have a 2 GB memory card inserted
My problem Is that I can download music from my PC but am unable to download videos. Is there a certain format of video that the bold 9700 accepts ( I am using FLV ) .
Also how do I access the memory card : as I am checking through the menu, memory it shows the memory card but when I want to access it I can find the path.
In the menu - options , I do not see 'media '.
Can you help me download music videos to my BB
Thanks and regards
Sunil
