media folder empty after connected to pc

hi all! :Eek: 

 

i neeeeeed help please! 

i connected my bold 9900 to my pc today and did a media sync, when i disconnected my phone.... ALL my media folders (pictures,music,etc) are empty!

Then if i go to "All files" and view hidden they all there...

 

How do i get it all back into my normal media folder?

I am not using a memory card, internal memory. 

 

Please help me
