media player problms

bought my bold 4 a mth back.twice since then the media player has just stopped workin with  the following message.

"uncaught exception: Application.

net_rim_bb_medialibrary player (443) is not responding.process terminated."

then whn i remove the battery and put it back ,the function returns.

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.7.0.x.xxx", What is yours?
