That's the biggie. The others are insignificant.

Content Store:

Contains pictures and other media content stored on the BlackBerry smartphone on-board device memory.

So, the first thing you should do is delete or move your pictures on the device memory to your Media Card.

You can do this one by one, scroll to the picture > menu key > move and navigate to the media card and finding the folder you want > menu key > select here. Do that for each, it can be time consuming.

THEN, I want you to make a backup of your BlackBerry, using the BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Once that is done, I want you to go to Options > Security > Security Wipe and proceed to wipe only the device memory, do not check any other options to wipe the media card, etc.

After that is complete, you will have a basic fresh BlackBerry.

Connect to the Desktop Software > Device > Restore, and click the "SELECT" data option and select ALL of the databases except for Content Store. Do not restore the Content Store.

This all will take some time. Get your pictures and all moved first.

Could be music, too. But I bet you have some pictures there also.
