mic

I can not hear the person calling unless i am on speaker phone, if not the calls drop

Can you be a little more specific? Are you saying the handset speaker doesn't work? So speakerphone works but the speaker where you put your ear doesn't?

Have you removed the battery to reboot the device?

Yes and try doing a battery pull if you haven't done so yet.

I have pulled the battery and it worked a few times then went back. If I get an incoming call I can answear it but can not here anything and the caller can not hear me. But if I press spesaker phone it works I can have a call or make one. Evething else works

This could be a software issue.  I am going to recommend a software reload.

Please use blackberry protect (link is in my signature) to backup your data along with the backup instructions provided on the link above.

 

If you still have mic issues after the software reload, you have to get the hardware checked out by the store.

I think its software because a battery pull fixes it then it acts up again.  If you want, you can get the store to check the hardware first.  Its up to you!
