Which browser you're using to connect through Wi-Fi?

i am using RIMs browser. 4.6.0

the one that's came preloaded on my rogers bold.

The problem is you dont have installed BLACKBERRY BROWSER on your Bold.

To fix it, call your Carrier and ask how can you add the blackberry browser to your data plan.

www.mobile.blackberry.com is only accesible from BLACKBERRY BROWSER, you cant with wifi, or other options.

so is blackberry browser a software thats pre-installed on the phone, or i need to download it?

You can't download from any place, is a software supported by the Carrier, in Tmobile Usa for example is a part of Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), i supposed you have in the data plan Blackberry Internet Sever (BIS).

If you are a Tmobile Usa customer, the only way to fixed is adding BES from Tmobile and any Exchange Server from another company.

If you only have Wifi browser ( like me, Tmobile Usa Customer ), you can download Mini Opera, from www.opera.com , but you do not have acces to www.mobile.blackberry.com
