mobile network suddenly turn off

hello, im using  bold 9790 and having some problem with my phone.

My mobile network suddenly turn off sometimes even though my battery level is still at 50%

i try to turn it back on but i can't as the message "battery to low for radio use" come out.

this is happened quite frequent lately..pls advise

Your 'on-device' battery meter is out of sync with your actual battery charge. It happens.

Do this to fix it... While charging your device, with the wall outlet charger STILL connected, remove the battery a few seconds and replace to reboot, and then charge to a full 100%.

Do this over the next couple of charges.

Don't drain your battery to 5-10%, always top off the battery during the day when you get around 20-20%.
