I have had my Bold replaced THREE times now due to issues that the store could not fix. Each time I lose my ringtones even with Backup asst in use. I have lots of ringtones that I have downloaded again, but they are in the media under Music. How do I save them as ringtones that I can assign to individual contacts? Thanks!!
