Dears,

i am a user of blackberry since 2 years, i got a bold 9700 from a friend that restarts every 10 min. i did relod the OS many times with diffrent versions but no solutions. but i notice that everytime i reload it it restarts while process and complete reload. actually i think there is something wrong with the internal memory or something like that. please help as i am in egyp and i do not know where can i fix my device no.

Could you remove the Media Card from the device and try using the BlackBerry for a while and see if the rebooting continues?

i did that before, i would like to inform you that it always also give me an error while syncing contacts  with the PC  ( i also tried to use it after wipping it for two days withut any data to ensure that there is no error at my data) and sometimes after restart it gives unexpected caught error.

ok, i did that yesterday and become stable for 3 hours and restarts again as was. i rmoved also the sim card and it still also till now.

do you hve any idea??

Sir,

i would like o tell you a notice may be clarify my case, while i am uploading any OS to it it restarts in the application uploading phase and i must removed it from the cable and then reconnect it to press retry to complete the process. while retarts if it is connected to the pc (any pc) it keep restarts before entering and boot.
