my bbm dp hasnt been changing for the past 4 days!! please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dear all,

 

ive tried to change my dp and it isnt been changing and ive reinstalled and installed my bbm but it hasnt been working yet!!!

 

please helpppp!!
