My blackberry bold 9790 phone is no saving images and videos in a file where it can be accessed. When I connnect the phone to a computer the images and video are visible but cannot be viewed on the phone.there is no memory card on the phone. What can I do ? Any help pls. Thanks

To better assist you with this, what folder are the pictures being stored in? And please go into the Camera Options, what options do you have for Store Pictures?
