my bold 9900 isn't registered on the bb network

Hello my phone isn't registered on the bb network.I tried hrt but no response and I have an active bis plan.please what can I do to resolve this issue

If you're having issues registering your BlackBerry from the phone itself, MTN can do it from their end. Give them a ring and ask to have it done for you.
