I have just bought a blackberry bold and want to get my emails on it I have a hotmail account and a gmail account. On the setup app on my phone i selected email and i only have the option to use the enteprise software which i dont really want to buy. is that meant to be the only option? how can I get my emails on my phone? preferably free. I also have it on orange and am trying to get orange maps but i cant because when i text them i just dont get a reply. does any one know why this is?

You need to call your mobile provider and ask for the BlackBerry Data Plan, not the Enterprise account.

It won't be free. 

Have that added to your account and you will get the personal email setup option.
