need help to get into my BB bold 9900

I have a serious problem. I wanted to upgrade the safety of my BB, so i chose having a double safetynet. a password AND a security-key (this is one of the options). How ever, i don't know what it means, the security-key (at least that is what it's called in holland). after entering my password he asks: please enter "blackberry" to go further.

does anyone knows what this means?

The device will as you to enter 'blackberry' when you have entered the password wrong too many times, before it wipes the device of all personal information, preferences, messages, calendar, contacts, etc.

 

So please explain: To open the device you must enter a password  and a security key? Where is it you set up this security key? Is it also called a PIN?

Well, i tried the PIN and all the other codes on the back of my BB. Didnt work. If you go to 'password' (somewhere at safety-settings or a place where you can secure your phone) you'll have three options:

- safety key

- password

- password and safetykey

 

the password is the one i know. However, i thougt it would ask me (by choosing the last option) what my safety key has to be. However, it didnt do that. He only wanted me to confirm with my password.

Do you have a four digit pass code on your mobile provider account that you must give them.when you call in for account assistance?
