net_rim_bb_browser_daemon (311) is not responding

 

I am using 9780Bold - having problem when using browser - browser closes and I get this error message: 

 

I have tried the following:

 

Multiple battery pulls
Re-installed the OS

 

Any suggestion or clue as to the problem would be greatly appreciated.

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.6.0.x.xxx", What is yours?

My Version is 6.0Bundle 863 ( v6.0.285 , Platform 6.5.0.54)

There are several things you could do here.

But mainly I'd recommend either reloading that same OS after a security wipe or loading a new higher OS release if available. I see that you have reinstalled the OS already.

now i reistalled the same os now my blackberry app world working and i able to browse throught uc browser . but my problem is unable to browse at google crome>>>>>>>>

You can't load google chrome on a 9780 Bold, so I don't know what you're asking.

and one more thing is i not able to download skype , tango and some free call apps in blackberry world >>>>>>>>>>
