new bb bold 9900 having problmes the phone keep crashing with a clock in the middle of the screen also screen has cracked

hi all i have recently got a bb bold 9900 i have been having problems witht the phone crashing with a clock in the middle of the screen..i also had the same problm on my bb curve 9300 it kept telling me to delete lanuages or or other stuff on the phone but i only have my memory card in the phone everything is saved there the apps wat r on the phone were the when i got it ie bbm twitter facecbook & so on i dont knw wat else to do can anyone help. i have tried

updateing my phone through my computer but no change there.

 

also my screen has cracked on my bb bold 9900 any advise on where o what to do as i cancelled my phone policy only a week ago i phoned them they can thelp me or my phone carrier t-mobile cant help me either my phoneis less than a month old as its an upgrade i am so annoyed please help asap please thanx in advance

The easiest way to get rid of that annoying clock is to do regular battery pulls.  That clock is telling you that your phone is struggling to get things done but doesn't have enough free RAM to do so.  So with your phone powered on, remove your battery then replace it.

 

As for the cracked screen, I can't help you there.  Please try the battery pull and post back with your results.  :smileyhappy:
