new charger

My charger just crashed about 2 weeks and its still under warranty> help can I get a new one now?

The rep at the store said they cannot give me a new charger unless something was wrong with it initially and to contact Blackberry. So I tried to use this forum to contact them. I need to speak to someone at Customer Service / so but someone who can help.

this is not the Blackberry company website
Google will help you....
In the UK if a product is faulty and its new, you can take it back and demand a refund or exchange as its not "of merchantable quality"
play hard ball with the store....

Thanks will do that. But what if the they(Blackberry)refuses to give a new one where do I turn? Rogers?

you should start with your retailer
They can give you a new one and send the broken one back to Blackberry for a change / refund easier than you can
It is not Rogers responsibility for the hardware, only the airtime
