password error/not accepting

Hi, i have just attempted to update my 9000 software, the desktop manager ask me for a password, i tried my keyboard password several times, this did not work, now i have only 1 attempt left, can someone help?

Is there any password set to access your device? Please let know how you're trying to update your device application?

 

  • If you wipe your device the BlackBerry will ask you to enter work 'blackberry'
  • If you want to use JL_Cmder then you'll be asked to enter device access password
