password for downloading apps

Hi....am new to blackberry and i am being asked for a password in order to download apps...this i have forgotton...can anyone tell me where and how i might recover recover it? thnx

Please provide the exact steps you conduct, starting from your BB Homescreen (for on-device commands, of course), that results in this prompt. Also, please provide the exact and complete content of the prompt...that as well can help us narrow down what is happening in your situation.
