password problem when changing sim

when i changed my sim card i was ask to sign in  blackberry id. however it does not recognize my password even if i had already confirmed it through my email. when i click "forgot my password"  a pop out msg says "your request cannot be completed. pls ensure your blackberry id has been activated and you have typed the correct email add. already 2x check my email add. what should i do? this is the only window i can access whenever i turn on my phone and ive made several attempts to type in my password :smileysad:
