.pdf file use for bold 9900 os 7.0

Dear all,

please help me.

I have a bb bold 9900, os 7.0 version.

It is written that the .pdf documents reader is pre-installed with documents to go premium which is resident.

I tried but I cannot open .pdf documents.

Then I tried to openn www.dataviz.com/bbtr......... as the resident bb sw says with a link,

but this link doesn't work. The same link suggest to copy the address and to surf it with the normal websearch.

I did it with no results.

What I have to do?

I need to open and read .pdf.

Thank you for your support.

Urgent.

Best Regards

rosib, on your 9900, please look at Options > Device > Application Management.

Do you see "Documents To Go" installed?

Ok, then you should be able to open PDF documents.

When you attempt to open a PDF file, what error do you see?

Is this PDF file attached to an email or residing as a saved file on your media card?
