phone keeps freezing/insert new sim card...anyone else have this problem?

hey guys,

 

I recently bought the bold 9900, about a year ago, lately it has been freezing, telling me to insert new SIM card, etc. Ive tried a new SIM card, clearing the log but nothing has worked so far.My service provider has been no help in the matter other than telling me to send it in to get fixed but Im not willing to send it away for a month and then pay for a loner. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

Welcome to BB forums

Jessica I see your problem, I suggest that you do what Bell is advising you, because they will either do this 1. fix it 2. send you new Bold which I know they'll for sure.

I understand that you don't want go use loaner phone but at the end of the day if you don't get the problem solve your going to be stuck!
