i have bold 9700 i paid for my bb service but the egde cant be bold i want to know why i couldnt get blackberry services my pin is <Personal Content Removed>, i ve reboot it more and more times but when i put my sim in another blackberry it works but in mine it couldnt come on please i need your help thanks

You actually want your "edge" to be uppercase "EDGE" or 3G, not "bold".
Have you contacted your mobile provider, to whom you pay your bill, to ensure the BlackBerry data plan has been correctly provisioned to your account?
Also, what are those numbers over under your username and avatar, your phone number? You should place your mobile provider name there, not a phone number, or whatever that is. Do you actually want complete strangers calling your number?

yes i ve contacted the provider and they corfirm that the subscription is corect , i tested it with my 8110 and it works fine but on my 9700 it couldnt work i ve even updated it to 6.0 and still same, thats why i want to know if someone has blacklist my pin or whaat.......................thanks for your corncern

I didn't know you were asking about whether the PIN was blacklisted (or suspended), don't see that.
You need to ask your mobile provider "0" that question, whoever that is. You still haven't said.
They will know, because if it is, your 9700 won't be able to be provisioned with the BlackBerry Data Plan.

i ve been using this blackberry for more than 10 months before i bought my 9800, although i kept it for sometime now witout using only to remember it since 2weeks ago cos my 9800 was damaged by water......... so i dnt realy know what could had caused this problem
