Which blackberry did you take the cell phone to, because I took mine to one in san antonio texas and they could not fix it, do you have their info by any chance, any info will be greatly appreciated.

i got the same problem . i searched for the solution(s) on the internet and most of it said "connect to BB Desktop Software". but my computer can't detect the device coz it's stucked at the 'Reset' screen . can anybody help me ?

Hi fellow frustrated users...Im having the same problem with my 9700 Bold..And found that this works best,But only for a day,then the phone started doing it all over again,and this is with complete reloaded software..Here is the link..

My BB Bold 9900 can't open machine. it's alert..

I try many way, but it still appear alert tht evertime after reset or restart.
