hey there!
ive been trying to update my BB to 7.1 for a few days now.....tried the the desktop manager, then just dowlanding it from the website and i am currently doing it over the air.
it eventually started to work, but my phone is extremely hot right now. it is currently frozen on the screen that says "backing your data" and it is frozen on social feeds. its only done 9% of the backing up so far.....
what do i do!? i cant use my phone!

you have to use a desktop manager to upgrade now because you be able to use your device till you install a new OScheck the blackberry website for updates or download and install on a computer system then load it to your device with the desktop manager. please let me know if it works for you.
