hi i bought blackberry bold 9900...i m facing problem with keyboard...it is not fitted properly and trackpad is not working comfortably...can anyone tell me what i can do and what is the guarantee period of keyboard???

Where did you purchase this 9900?
Was it brand new?
Under warranty, you should return it for an exchange from the authorized.seller.
