Re: problem with the mail settings !??

1) Using the on-device email setup Wizard

2) From a PC/Browser, using your carriers BIS website

3) From the BB Browser, going to www.blackberry.com/integrate

4) Calling your mobile service provider for formal support (which you may wind up doing, but I still cannot tell what your situation is since you've skipped over so many questions I've asked you)
