problem

i hve upgraded my app world to 4.0 smething , its bold 9900 , i cant open the app world it says blackberry id installation failed error 80002, nd when i open blackberry id it says unable to update blackberry account information while offline

Try this -

 

When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

 

Then try accessing BB World.
